Yes, upon request, we can deliver and pick up the Vespa at hotels, farm stays, B&Bs, vacation rentals, and other accommodations in the area. The cost depends on the distance and the number of Vespas.

In the event of a mechanical breakdown during your rental, roadside assistance is available. Please contact us immediately so we can guide you through the next steps.

Yes, the Vespa can carry two people. Before you set off, we’ll check together to make sure everything is in good condition and safe.

Yes, a security deposit of €1,500 is required to rent a Vespa.

Yes! Mopeds and motorcycles are allowed to enter the restricted traffic zone at any time. 

You can cancel your reservation up to 72 hours before the rental start time. In this case, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid, minus a €10 administrative fee.

For cancellations made within 72 hours of the rental start time, or in the event of a no-show, the amount paid will not be refunded.

In the event of adverse weather conditions, such as torrential rain, thunderstorms, strong winds, or other situations incompatible with safe riding, Valpo in Sella may consider a 100% refund for the rental day, with a €10 administrative fee.

For multi-day rentals, the refund applies only to the day affected by the adverse weather conditions.
